Rates shown are for our lowest price room with a shared bath.
Our larger rooms, with private baths, are slightly
higher.
Please call for individual room rates on specific dates.

All rates are subject to 8% New York State Sales Tax
Policies
- Rates are per room, double occupancy
- Maximum of two adults per room
- Weekends & Holidays - Minimum stay required, please call for information
- Each additional occupant 10-years and older is $10 extra
Payments
- Cash, checks and major credit cards accepted
- One night's deposit will confirm reservation
- Full refund of your deposit if it is requested in writing 30 days prior to your
reservation date
- Your deposit will be credited towards a future stay if you cancel in writing
after 30 days prior, but at least 5 days before your reservation date
- Your deposit will be forfeited if you do not notify us of a change in your plans
